Return & Refund
To return a product, you can use our easy online return process by logging in to your theartspace.co.in account. You can also call our Customer Care Team on +9108045896721(Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at customersupport@theartspace.co.in and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we can.
Please follow the below steps to create an online request to get your product return or exchange.
1) Logging in to your artspace account.
2) Select “My Orders” section.
3) Make a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” section. Look the windows that come up after pressing the Return’ button and write down the Return ID that we create at the end of the process. Last but not least keep the product ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
Note:
Some points to keep in mind while returning products:
* Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
*All returned items must be unused or unwashed and returned with original packaging and ensure all tags are intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.
*Shipping Charges shall not be refundable.
*In case you find any loose threads or other product defects, you should be notified the company within 24 hours of delivery. We genuinely request you to share snap shot at customersupport@theartspace.co.in
*Any returned item received by us that does not meet with the above given conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their individual expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such case.

Will I get my entire refund toward returned/cancelled order?

How long will the return process take?
Once we receive the returned product, our quality executive will inspect the product within 72 hours. Once the product is QC passed, your refund/exchange will be initiated within 2-4 business days.

Do you offer reverse pick-up facility?
Yeah, we offer reverse pick-up facility in selected locations depending on our courier serviceability.

Pick-up: If you are selected to schedule a pick-up, please keep the product ready. Our staff may primarily check the product at the time of pickup to ensure all the tags are intact or not but further quality check will be conducted at our Returns Department only.
If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us.
Self-ship: Yeah, for all self-shipped returns, please pack the product and ensure all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly send the package to the following address. Shipping Address for self-ship product’s:-

Note: For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR towards you’re shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website.
