• Our return policy is applicable only for Damaged product & incorrect product within 24 hours from delivery of the product.

• In case if any product is received wrong/damaged, an unboxing video of the delivered original package would be required within 24 hours for any replacement or refund.

• To be eligible for a 100% return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Washing:
• Only hand wash in cold water. Do not machine wash.
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach as it can damage the fabric.
• Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.

Drying:
• Air dry in the shade to prevent fading.
• Avoid wringing the fabric; gently squeeze out excess water.
• Do not soak, Do not tumble dry as it may cause shrinkage.

Ironing:
• Iron on a low to medium setting.
• Iron while slightly damp for best results.
• Avoid ironing directly on any embroidery or embellishments.
